SHIPPING POLICY

We offer door delivery and pick up options

Shipping fee is determined by the shipping option you select at checkout and your location. Your shipping charges are usually discounted and will automatically calculate during the checkout process, prior to completing your order.

DOOR DELIVERY

We currently offer door delivery to all areas in Saskatoon for &4.99, Calgary and Edmonton for a flat rate of $9.99. However, orders above $159.99 will be delivered to a location within Saskatoon, Calgary and Edmonton for free.

All orders made before 3:00pm will be delivered same day,

while orders made after 3:00pm will be delivered within 24hrs (usually the next day).

Delivery Window: 5:00pm – 7:00pm daily

You will get a notification when your order is about to be fulfilled and you will be able to track its progress.

Door delivery to other locations in Canada (outside of Saskatoon, Calgary & Edmonton)

Handled by our selected carriers for varying fees that depends on the weight of the product(s) and the shipping address. Please note that most deliveries within Canada are on Monday – Friday as our carriers may not work on Saturdays and Sundays.

PICK UP

You can select Pick-up option at check out if you intend to pick up your order at our distribution centre located in Saskatoon, Calgary or Edmonton. Orders made before 3:00pm will be available for pickup same day while orders made after 3:00pm will be available for pickup within 24hrs (usually the next day).

Pickup window: 5:00pm – 7:00pm (Weekdays) 12noon - 6:00pm (Weekends)

You will get a notification (if you provide your SMS or Email at checkout) on when and where to pick up your order.

You will be required to provide order number and customer name to pick up your order from our distribution center.

Rush Delivery/Pickup

If you need your delivery urgently outside of the delivery or pick up window, please indicate by writing Rush Pick up or Rush Delivery in the note section at checkout.

This will incur additional charges depending on the location and time required. Our agent will contact you with the information to help fulfil your order promptly.
